Fair Trade Silver

Fair trade is all about offering a better deal to small producers and craftspeople in the developing world.

This jewellery comes from a very well established fair trade company called Pachamama. The jewellery is made in carefully selected silver workshops in Bali and Java.

The workshops vary in size; the smallest has just one person working alone while the largest employs around 15 people. All staff in the workshops are treated equally and none of the workshops employ children.

Each piece of jewellery is handmade by highly skilled silversmiths.
